Watson Creative Consulting is driven by the belief that all children have the right to be seen, heard, and represented in our world. We know the power this right has on their agency and identity, and keep it at the core of what we do.
We are a small, collaborative team of writers, researchers, and educators. Each member of our team imparts their unique expertise and perspective to the work we do. Their individuality celebrates the value of lived experience – the knowledge and understanding that comes from a person’s identity-driven experiences – and cultivates a workplace environment shaped by collaboration, respect, and empathy. Compassion is a powerful and essential skill that we actively use with each other and our clients.
