About Us

Here at Watson Creative, our work is guided by an unwavering commitment to equity, access, and inclusive representation in children’s learning and media.

Our consultants work hand in hand with clients on educational properties and products, delivering transformative DEI-B consultation and advising, workshop facilitation, story, curriculum, and content development, and research.

We believe that every department – from Finance and Legal to Insights and Marketing – plays an essential role in making kids feel seen.

Our Approach

Through a dynamic blend of consultation, team training, and executive coaching, WCC prepares teams to meet the moral imperative for diverse and authentic practices in fields impacting children’s development.

WCC’s approach focuses on dimensions of representation, including race, ethnicity, culture, disability, gender, and socioeconomic status, and shares the impact that Authentic Inclusive Representation (AIR) has on kids, their identity development, and their understanding of the world.

WCC guides teams, across divisions, to develop an equity lens and shared understanding of key DEI-B concepts, practices, and industry research, while cultivating a workplace culture that values collaboration, compassionate leadership, and expertise born from lived, as well as professional experience.
